Japanese giant advertising company leads a young employee for huge amounts of overtime to commit suicide.

The head of Japanese giant advertising Dentsu has resigned. In fact this resignation is led by the culture of the company’s huge overtime. However, more 60 percent of Japanese companies are using their employees overtime and for a huge amount of times.

The company President and CEO is to be blamed for the committed suicide of the young female employee. Tadashi Ishii is the President and CEO of the giant advertising firm. However the President and CEO of the giant advertising firm are stepping down.

Meanwhile at the meeting of the giant advertising firm, the confirmation is heard by many sources. It is heard that he is going to step down after the board meeting of January.

The giant advertising firm has approximately 47,000 people and operates in 140 countries. Strangely enough the giant advertising firm gets its fame over the suicide of female employee. Similar situation was seen back in the year 2015 near Christmas day where an employee had committed suicide.

The female employee was named Matsuri Takahashi. According to Japanese regulators the female employee committed suicide due long hours. No doubt huge amount of overtime and punishing workload may have resulted in the suicide.

Takahashi worked approximately 105 hours overtime in this month. According to the authorities this can be one of the reasons for this suicide particularly.

The President and CEO of the giant advertising firm resigned after his Dentsu’s office being raided. Moreover the case is referred to the prosecutors says Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare.

In fact the president and CEO of the giant advertising firm talked about the employee in front of media and stated; “We deeply regret failing to prevent the overwork of our new recruit”.

In fact he adds up to the statement by saying; “I offer a sincere apology to the bereaved family and everyone in society”.
